Founded in 1963 as construction company of moulds and sheet processing, it has gained in time a great experience in welded moulding with progressive moulds, providing directly to the design, construction and maintenance of moulds and equipment.
Since its foundation, Meccanostamp has been operating in different product sectors, such as home and hardware products; nonetheless, the automotive sectors has always covered an important role within its production, with particular focus on quality and timelines requested by the Client.
With the support of qualified companies, Meccanostamp is able to supply a product complete with galvanic treatments or paintings, and assembled through welding, tacking, riveting, with turned or moulded components.
The evolution of the company’s moulding techniques allowed to add the production of aesthetic details to traditional works, such as profiles and mouldings in stainless steel and aluminium.
The company is administered by the Zito brothers.
Ten employees with multi-year experience contribute to ensure the quality of the products in all work phases.
Since 2003, Meccanostamp is certified by Cermet, according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards.
The production division hosts 20 mechanical presses from 30 kN to 300 kN and two hydraulic presses of 50 kN on an area of 1,000 square feet. The presses are equipped with feeders, stripping components, automatic loading and transfer systems.
The 500 square metres of warehouse allow to manage the materials effectively: raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.
